- If you are a Telenor user then dial 3737 on your mobile phone. If you have another network, you can call the Easypaisa helpline at (042) 111-003-737.
- Then, follow the instructions and select the “talk to the customer care representative” option.
- After your call connected to the customer care agent, ask him to close to Easypaisa account permanently.
- He will ask you a few questions and then verify all the details.
- Once verification is finished, your account will be deleted permanently.
Note that, you will receive a confirmation SMS for account closure from Easypaisa.
You can also delete your Easypaisa account from your nearest Telenor Microfinance Bank or a Telenor franchise.
Here are the instructions to know:
- Vist any Telenor Microfinance Bank branch or Telenor franchise.
- After reaching the bank, you can request an account closing form from a bank representative.
- Then, fill out the form and give it to the bank representative with a CNIC cop.
- Once verification is completed, your account will be closed.
Note that, you should withdraw all the funds from the Easypaisa account before closing your account.
If you didn’t use your Easypaisa account for the last 90 days, your account will be in dormant status. Telenor Bank turns your account to dormant status to protect your account from fraudulent activities.
